Wade Wolff and John Deaderick of Colfax High School have developed and successfully used a standards based approach for many years. They have collected these materials as well as sharing some of their own to help spread this method.  The materials represent the beginning of a resource to be shared and used as an agreed upon, standards based approach to teaching and supporting professional quality digital media work. The standards process assesses learning, encourages innovation, and models industry standards in order to prepare students for media mastery as creators, presenters and critical viewers.

School Profile Document (MS Word document download)

Each Atelier/Classroom/Club leader must complete and return the School Profile for the purposes of targeting the proper awards and development needs and contribution to the regional capacity.

Additional materials will be developed and distributed from the collaboration among the Sacramento Sierra Digital Arts Studio Partnership Curriculum Work Group members that include Shawn Sullivan, (Sheldon High), Vern Bishop  (Center High) and any other interested educators and community professionals.
