With the passage and signing of the Digital Arts Studio Partnership Demonstration Act, as State Government Code Chapter 980, California has taken leadership in making a unique policy commitment to promote and model a powerful relationship between advancing teen youth digital and media artistry with the entertainment arts industry to expand California's economy, media arts literacy and ultimately our essential social capital infrastructure.
