   Drawn from a vast inventory of poignant New York inner city high school made films, this short piece captures the street musicians and performers in the big apple's subway system who perform and share their philosophies in the harsh and pitiless glare and screeching thunder of the underground.
    Skyline Community, founded by Louis Perego Moreno, is a New York non profit organization committed to the education, empowerment, and health of minority youth and woman. It's vast library of youth made short movies, begun in 1971, represents one of the richest stockpiles of societal documentaries and community building messages available anywhere.
