    One of the liveliest pieces in this year's festival, Jiffy Pop is the creation of Wichita, Kansas high school Junior Wilson Miner. Taped over a 2 week period in the "Old Town" area of Wichita, the movie is a tongue in cheek tale of murder and illicit fish. The actors were recruited from the producer's friends and fellow students.
    Wilson Miner, 17 year old junior from Wichita Collegiate High School in Kansas is a singer, songwriter, and musician. Jiffy Pop was a fall semester project that provide the impetus to the young producer's to author his first screenplay.
