Clifford
Cohen was born in London, England. He has led a wide and varied work history,
to say the least. He has worked as a chef in England, Canada and the Arctic.
He has worked in film production, advertising, public relations, media,
and finally resting at instructional education, today.
Since
1989, Clifford has been running the award winning AnimAction.
First conceived in Montreal, Canada, AnimAction is an international hands-on
educational training program. It is designed help K through 12 students
express their views and concerns to peers and the community using the medium
of animated film. AnimAction has trained thousands of students on the development
and production of animation.
The student
produced animated P.S.A.'s have been aired during Saturday morning cartoons,
on networks, cable stations and published on Web sites.
Clifford's
approach to work is very much like his approach to one of his many passions.
Just as he walks up mountains in high altitudes, sometimes taking forever
to get anywhere, he believes that if you take one step at a time, with
consistency and determination, you arrive at your ultimate destination
of choice, with a little bit of fun along the way.
