JEAN PAUL PETRAUD
Jean Paul
Petraud studied Educational Television at San Fransisco State University
and created a small non-profit production organization, Agora Television,
primarily to educate youth about media and provide access to produce their
own works.
In 1994 Jean
Paul became executive producer for The Green Room, a live TV talk
show produced by youth, to reach the widest youth community. As video consultant
and director of the Community Peace Initiative, he created the video
documentaries Peace Walk and Remembrance is Power. Both absorbed
the violence in the world and it's impact in families.
In 1996 Jean
Paul became the Competition Director for The National Educational Media
Network, the largest educational film and TV competition in the U.S.,
judging over 1100 entries each year.
