Jackie Taylor is an avid do-it-yourselfer with a background in broadcasting and standup comedy. Taylor began her television credits by hosting the California Lotto show and the Big Spin, bringing a new face and feel to the weekly picks. Her other television appearances include national television host of DIY Networks "Grounds for Improvement, HGTV's Gardening by the Yard With Paul James, the Do-It-Yourself-Her reporter on Good Day Sacramento and Good Evening Sacramento, where Taylor helped to empower women on how to do home improvement projects.

John Alston spent 25 years as an award-winning television news reporter and anchor in Atlanta, Philadelphia and most recently at KCRA-TV in Sacramento. But like Walter Mitty, in the back of his mind John dreamed about acting and comedy which has fascinated him since childhood. John got that opportunity in October 2006.

Since then John has appeared in the film Smokin' Aces and in an episode of Law & Order: SVU. Last year he graduated from the conservatory at the famed Second City in Los Angeles and is studying at the B Street Theatre Conservatory in Sacramento.

John is originally from Albany, New York and a graduate of Syracuse University.
