This Sacramento Sierra region all teen youth media and communication arts organization is dedicated to organize and promote digital literacy, education system modernization, a world class media workforce, economic and community development through its training, partnership networking and media showcase programs. Empowering youth voice is the heart of our work by introducing, elevating and channeling computer supported creativity to its highest accomplishments. YOUTH ARE THE SOLUTION, NOT THE PROBLEM! The Tower of Youth shows the way to bring youth, educators, industry, community and government leaders together in a new paradigm of breakthrough excellence and quality in all our lives.

Visual communication is transforming the world. Its landlords are our youth. The creative works of the 13th Annual North American All Youth Film and Education Day are examples of a new currency as we live in the emerging era of DIGITALISM". Electronic arts - audio-visual imagery - now defines every business, links us all on the internet, establishes the structure of world commerce and social expectations. These brilliant, youth-created movies "ROCK AND RULE"! They focus on partnerships in ways to uplift human power, convey essential ideas and products, express the art of sight and sound, and tell universal stories. As poignantly, these works only emerge from collaborations among professionally experienced mentors, integration of numbers of different artists and training programs that powerfully link multiple school literacy, aesthetics and technology classes, industry partners, commercial quality resources and a dynamic interdependence among participating youth artists ... in short, intentional VIRTUAL STUDIOS!

This year, Governor Schwarzenegger has seized the leadership to make Digital Arts education his "legacy" program to elevate digital media arts to an essential workforce reality in the California economy! He will bring the top leaders of education, government and industry together, seek to forge an historic great investment to modernize high school and college learning to build major career futures among digital savvy students. It is absolutely time to call on media involved youth, parents and professionals to organize a new societal force to promote the agenda we have shaped and launched from the non profit, Tower of Youth and the Digital Arts Studio Partnership. The award winning, digital movie works of this Film and Education day are the "STEM CELLS" to expand and transform our world because ... YOUTH ARE THE SOLUTION!
