"His Friends call him 'Disch'"

Born and Raised in Northern California, Ryan Disch's broadcasting career started as a DJ for the student run radio station at San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton California. During his time at Delta he achieved and internship in the weather department at KCRA 3 which inspired him to further is education and pursue a career in Broadcasting.

A Graduate of Long Beach State University, Ryan has worked in promotions for LA's Oldies Station K-EARTH 101 he then found a spot as an on-air announcer and "Mail Room GuyÓ at "88.1" KKJZ, a Jazz and Blues station in Long Beach. His experience in radio and caffeinated personality led him to a job at AirWatch America, Reporting and producing traffic for more than 40 Southern California Radio Stations. In 2004 Ryan was honored with a "Golden Pylon Award" for is dedication to rideshare traffic reporting.

Ryan's Traffic experience and up-beat personality brought him back to KCRA in July 2005 as part of Traffic Pulse 3.

On his off time Ryan enjoys, riding his dirt-bike, snowboarding, surfing, fishing and BBQ'ing with is friends and family.
